Executive Team

Bruce Moeller

CEO

Moeller is a former EY Entrepreneur of the Year, three time Inc. 500 CEO, 2 time author, and serial entrepreneur. He has led many enterprises to number one market positions, primarily in the areas of Information Management and Applied Behavioral Science. With experience as an expatriate (with ITT in Seoul and as the CEO of Mutoh America), and a former Division President at Bell and Howell, Moeller is experienced in high-volume and low cost businesses. Venture-backed at Cultureworx, DriveCam, and now AquaSpy, he is especially adept at finding new ways for cutting edge concepts to be quickly adopted into mainstream markets, changing conventional thinking forever. Moeller has been a frequent guest on national news programs such as Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Early Show, CNN and others.

Rocky Fasanella

CFO

Fasanella is an experienced EVP, CFO in multiple markets and sizes of organizations. Extensive experience in Operations, Profit Margin Improvement, Technology Project Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Cash Flow Management, Strategic and Tactical Action Plans, Cost Accounting and Human Resources. These experiences were executed at a variety of manufacturers including Honeywell, Robert Bosch, Mettler Toledo and Home Access Health, among others. Fasanella is a Certified Public Accountant, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from DePaul University and a MBA from Dominican University.

Peter Ellegard

Vice President of Engineering

Ellegaard’s extensive background includes fifteen years of experience in the wireless industry covering handset development, handset manufacturing, firmware development, data applications and smartphone applications. The majority of his wireless career was spent at Nokia in product development and technology management. Ellegaard has been responsible for the research and development phases of products selling in excess of $18B. Ellegaard has recently contributed to 4 wireless startup companies, WiMonx as a founder, DriveCam as VP Engineering, Slacker as SVP Engineering and IT and most recently as Founder and President of Noet Technologies.

Steve Quindlen

Vice President of Sales

Prior to joining AquaSpy, Quindlen was President and Chief Executive Officer of Aveso Inc., a Dow Chemical spin-off developing printed electronic displays for financial cards and smartpackaging applications. Quindlen also spent 23 years in DuPont, most recently as President of the DuPont Displays Business Unit where he founded and ran three start-up divisions and achieved sales in excess of $50M serving the electronic display and security printing markets. Quindlen is a graduate of Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He also has his MBA from Widener University.

Kathleen Glass

Vice President of Marketing

Glass brings over two decades of B2B sales and marketing experience in SaaS and managed services industries for venture-backed emerging technologies including IoT, CyberSecurity, Privacy, and Analytics. As a passionate advocate of sales and marketing alignment, Kathleen has advised companies across the US in best practices for inbound and outbound demand generation processes and technology adoption. Glass is an active mentor and volunteer for a number of industry organizations including serving on the CompTIA IoT Advisory Council. She is a past San Diego Chapter Officer for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) KnowledgeNet, and she is actively involved in the Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP) as a San Diego Chapter leader and former AA-ISP National Advisory Board member.
